Human Resources

The Dynamics 365 Human Resources solution will bring enhanced experiences across Dynamics 365 apps by integrating compensation, employee skill, and departure information to resources managers in Project Operations.

  • Get notifications outside of the app for benefits tasks and processes
  • Tailor experiences and complete operations automatically while increasing efficiency
  • Leave manual decisions and tasks behind.

In order to limit the number of manual tasks and connect employee experiences, Microsoft has worked on several capabilities for this release wave 2 while aiming to bring systems together. That way, data is not siloed but readily available for HR businesses, easing employee growth while focusing on the organization’s strategic areas.
