Freshwave Group is a compound of four wireless infrastructure companies, a digital colony looking for a robust, integrated system that could meet their operations and manage the financial processes of four entities in a single place. So, after our initial diagnosis and business analysis, we determined that the best solution to overcome their challenges is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
We identified the key challenges to address and the benefits they will get from the implementation of a robust, leading ERP like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and stated the implementation in two phases:
We are thrilled to announce that the first phase was completed despite the disadvantages of the quarantine and the COVID-19 pandemic.
They outgrew their former financial system that could not meet their large amounts of transactional movement. Also, as a compound of four companies, they needed to unify their financial and accounting information in a single place while meeting the statutory standards of the United Kingdom.
The key challenges we identified were the disparate systems where they used to perform different operations, lacking an effective way to analyze data.
Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations replaced their disparate systems to meet and gather all operations and financial procedures like leasing, sales order, travel and expense, and more in a single environment. The two companies’ data were unified and utilizing the cloud capabilities at their fullest, enabling them to manage and control operating processes, reporting, and logistics within the company.
By implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, their business can keep expanding without ever outgrowing the ERP. They gain the flexibility to integrate their systems into the Dynamics 365 environment. Most importantly, they can quickly, efficiently, and accurately control and manage their intercompany processes and consolidation processes while complying with the United Kingdom’s taxation and statutory requirements.

In times of quarantine, we could not physically meet with the client’s team and our team.
